Description

Model 1235 includes the Allen Bradley Modular 500 Processor. Other components included are: Simulators, Analog, Three Phase Motor, and Powerflex 40 Variable Speed Drive.

Features

The trainer shall include; Eight (8) inputs jacks (red), eight (8) output jacks (yellow), source jacks (gray, black and green), eight (8) lighted input simulator switches including; two (2) Normally Open green momentary push buttons, two (2) Normally Closed red momentary push buttons, and four (4) Normally Open amber maintained push buttons. Eight multicolored output simulator lights; four (4) amber, two (2) red, and two (2) green. All input and output simulators shall be lighted. A pair of Analog Input and Output jacks shall be available for real world input and output functions. A 10K-ohm potentiometer shall be mounted on the panel to allow a variable analog input signal. A 0-10 Vdc Analog Meter shall monitor the output analog voltage. The input shall be switch selectable between simulations or external via a toggle switch mounted on the panel. All inputs and outputs shall be fused protected.

The trainer shall be designed to be mounted on a rack (*Optional), placed directly on the bench top, or mounted in a suitcase (*Optional).

The controller shall be mounted on a 3/16” thick by 18¾” long by 8½” tall non-conductive black textured panel with silk-screened labels.

Using the Analog Output function of this Programmable Logic Controller the user shall be able to control the Analog Input of the Variable Frequency Drive and therefore control the speed of the motor.
