Model 6000 Sorter Conveyor System
Description
The Model 6000 Sorter Conveyor system is not a "trophy" or "dog and pony" show. It is a PLC/Solid State Motor Control applications trainer designed to be stripped down and rebuilt. The students will be required not only to program the processor but also wire the entire system. The Model 6000 Sorter Conveyor is a "HANDS-ON" trainer that includes the following: manual motor starter, terminal strip module, fusing module, control transformer, rightsight photo switches, control relays, motor drive, e-stop, PLC, pneumatic solenoid, pneumatic regulator, pneumatic cylinder, drive control panel, start/stop station, tower lights, motor, conveyor, and blocks.

Two (2) extruded aluminum stands with four (4) heavy-duty lockable casters.
Two (2) sets of stand crosstie members.
Heavy-duty three-phase gearmotor onboard. (1/4 hp, 230/460 Vac, 3 phase, 60 Hz).

One (1) each 10 K ohm potentiometer.
One (1) each 24 Vdc transformer.
One (1) each 24 Vdc drive output relay indicator light.
