  ControlLogix Trainers include the Allen Bradley&trade 5555 Processor , CompactLogix Trainers are available with Allen Bradley&trade L31 or Allen Bradley L32 Processors. ControlLogix and CompactLogix Trainers use RSLogix 5000 programming. The trainers include a Student Manual and an Instructor’s Guide containing experiments that lead the student through basic PLC programming and motor control.
  
  All Future Tek PLC Trainers include Inputs and Outputs to connect external units. ControlLogix/CompactLogix Trainers may also contain Simulators, Three Phase Motor, Powerflex 40 Drives or Operator Interface (PanelView). Ethernet and Devicenet networking is also an option. Troubleshooting Trainers

Future Tek offers Troubleshooting Trainers for HVAC (Model 7125), Motor Controls (Model 7100), and PLC (Model 7100-P1). Each of these trainers allow fault insertion randomly by the computer, or specifically selected by the instructor. As the student attempts to correct the situation, all readings, component testing, and component replacement steps are recorded. At the end of the session, the instructor may print a student-specific report reflecting all steps taken.

Solid State Motor Controls/Sorter Conveyor System

This section includes Future Tek’s Sorter/Conveyor System , a “real world”, “hands-on” working trainer with PLC/Solid State Motor Control applications that is designed to be stripped down and rebuilt. The student will be required not only to program the processor, but also to wire the entire system. Includes high quality equipment from companies such as Allen Bradley mounted on a tough, crack-resistant NONCONDUCTIVE, black textured panel with screen printed labels.

Also included in this section are Future Tek’s line of Relay Ladder Logic Trainers. Students learn AND, OR, AND/OR, NOT, NOR, NAND, and MEMORY logic with Model 2101 Basic Ladder Logic Workstation. For teaching PLC Controls and Ladder Logic, consider Model 2102 ( Micrologix 1000 PLC Onboard), Model 2103 (Micrologix 1500 PLC with DAT Onboard), and Model 2105 (Modular 500 PLC Onboard).
