Model 623 Robot


This pneumatic Pick and Place Robot extends and uses suction to lift an object from the conveyor, rotates 180 degrees, releases the object, and returns home.  The robot is programmed utilizing the conveyor’s Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

Minimum Specifications for Robot:

  • Six position
  • Four (4) Double Acting Solenoid Valves, Center Off, one (1) Manual Directional Valve, and one (1) Vacuum Pump
  • Wired for PLC Control
  • Pneumatic
  • Capable of lifting provided blocks utilizing fully integrated vacuum system
  • Includes six (6) sensors for precise positioning
  • Model 623 Robot (Conveyor Add-On)
